Was given an invoice for blood work, the admin woman told me the payment went through and everything was good. I later found out my card was never charged, and thenj I received a bill from Quest for $1200, what was originally told to me was a $150 bill. The nurse failed to draw blood from my arm. The doctor coded the tests incorrectly for insurance. The admin desk women have no clue what is going on and complain about each other constantly. This place is staffed by incompetent people. I will never return.

I've been taking my children up here for years. Today I had a nasty doctor lady who was more worried about telling me about skills. And not listening to me about my family history. She raised her voice at me and yelled at me "So your denying your child treatment" no I'm not denying I'm trying to have a conversation about options. My family never need daily pills to hide allergies. We adapted like humans do. No allergy tests no nothing , just a pill every day for the rest of her life.

Ppl are really bashing them but they've been me and my kids pcp since they started in the trailer in beltzhoover, back in 2011 with ZERO problems. They are great. Every check up for my kids are great. I miss Dr. Nevin, she felt like family watching me grow up nd stuff but now they have Dr. Daly nd he seems great from our experiences with my daughter and son. They refer you if you need, they always answer and do what I need and even go above and beyond. If I need immunization records filled out for daycare/school, I drop it off nd they fax it wherever I need and mail me a copy. Great experience for me throughout the years.

I called before they were open and there after hour service answered. They told me they could not give me their business hours. I then went to their location after 9 a.m. and they were open. The receptionist told me I hadn't been there in 2 years and they don't accept walk-in appointments. Then I seen right on the window a sign that says they do accept walk-in appointments. A nurse came out and told me she cannot help me and to go to emergency room. I had poison ivy and needed a steroid injection which only takes a second to do.

Beautiful new clean modern 7000 square foot medical facility located in the newly renovated previous high school building just opened in July of 2014. Plenty of easy free parking. Due to Federal Grant Money all patients and all insurances are accepted regardless of ability to pay. Care will not be denied due to inability to pay. It is in the only 4 story brick building on Ruth Street and the office is accessed from the lower parking lot by walking into the pretty courtyard past the flower beds and turning left. 5 minutes from Grandview Avenue and Shiloh Street with views of downtown Pittsburgh with many affordable restaurants for tourists, a coffee shop, a great bakery, and an ice cream store. Shiloh Street has a two story city parking garage. Open Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5 PM. Pediatric appointments for sick visits available on the same day. Pediatric well visits by appointment but usually can get on the same day also. Lab services for patients also offered for convenience. Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Gyn, Podiatry, Psychiatry, and Nutritional Counseling are available. Pediatrics 5 days a week Monday to Friday. A new book for all children 6 months to 5 years ol
